Happy Holidays dear friends and families around the world.  ​Yes, it is that wonderful time of the year where we get to enjoy all the yummy treats and our own delicious traditional holiday specialities.  ​Not to forget to pull the Christmas crackers!

​The Koolamundo family would like to share these special moments with you in their animated Koolamundo Christmas song.  Here are a couple of verses for you all to get into the festive mood and have a sing-along with the music video below. :D

Apoorva did the animation and Johanna sang the Christmas song both in English and German.  These two wonderful ladies are remarkable and I am honoured that they are part of the Koolamundo family.  We have had a lot of fun with this cool project and look forward to doing more next year.  

Our thoughts and love are with you all during this magical time.  Enjoy your special memories with each other and have a fantastic New Years.  May all your dreams come true for 2017.  

What an exciting first year it has been for the Koolamundo team, creating books, songs and videos. There are now twenty seven books in multiple languages in both paperback and kindle. Seven songs in English and German, three read along videos and four book trailers. And we continue to build our multilingual edutainment quest. I have had a lot of fun working with these amazing talented individuals, Apoorva who lives in India and does the wonderful illustrations, Johanna, lives in Germany and sings both in German and English for the Koolamundo books.  Carol, is in Canada, she sung the first song, Klara The Cow.  And Tim who does a brilliant job in the back office, publishing the books.  This year we will have some new surprises, that we cannot wait to share with you.  So keep a look out for Koolamundo!

Hurrah, the fourth of July is here again.  Time to bring out all things that are red, white and blue and get ready for the traditional Independence Day cookout.  But did you know that congress declared the 4th July as an official holiday in 1870 and fireworks were introduced on the fourth of July in 1777 in Philadelphia.  A year after the signing of the Declaration of Independence.  So we have a lot of people to thank for this amazing day. Have a brilliant time with family and friends, catch a parade and enjoy a piece of yummy apple pie.  Then take in a glorious firework display and celebrate with a bang.  Happy 4th of July America.
